This is an acrylic painting I did of the local Maid-Rite restaurant in Cedar Falls, IA. It appears today as it did decades ago and is still a popular place for breakfast on round stools. It was February when I took the picture from which the painting was created so the light is bright and crisp with not much yellow. The original acrylic sold for $250 to a displaced Iowan practicing law in Phoenix.
